The speed service is offered is on a time logged hourly basis - with payment for a minimum of 5-hours
Time is logged with work notes on a minute-by-minute basis
No speed guarantees are made - nor will any be made seeing it's impossible for me to do this seeing every site is so different - page speed is not an exact science!
My past results with hundreds of successful projects tells you I will deliver positive value
An average speed project can be done within 5 hours but more complex sites may need longer
If you need better speed results after the 5 hours work you can purchase extra hours by the hour. I communicate with you every step of the way so no billing surprises are awaiting you!

To start the ball rolling once WordPress admin access is received full backups are taken
Initial gtmetrix speed tests and Google Page Speed Insight tests are taken allowing me to check the progress as we go along
I can work on your live site or a staging copy - if you don't have a staging I can create one for you on Cloudways
I work through the main issues first such as optimizing images and caching
I keep you in the loop through the whole process on Chat or email - your choice
If you are not using WP Rocket I will recommend you purchase and I will install and configure - this cuts down your speed project costs and boosts the whole sites speed instantly
I try and get the speed project full completed within 2 to 3 days elapsed time
If you would rather do the work yourself or have your team members do the work I can do that on a consultancy basis
