Why Cloudways does not host your email for you?

Historically hosting providers have hosted your email for you.

Migrate all files + DB
Clear all caches after migration

Switch the DNS to point to Cloudways
If you are using a CDN (like Cloudflare), switch your CDN to point to the new server
Set up SMTP for emails send from WordPress
